- All orders will be filled in the order received.
- We mail every weekday. Orders do not go out on the
weekends.
- We will do our best to mail all orders received
before 10.00 am by the next day mail.
- Most orders will be mailed within 24 to 48 hours,
except on weekends. Orders received after 10.00 am
on Fridays will be mailed on Monday or Tuesday depending
on the volume, and in the order they are received.
- We will do our best to accommodate special orders,
and are happy to backorder for you if we are low (Except
discontinued items). We place our orders quickly,
but on occasion the companies run a bit slow in which
case we ask your patience. All the companies we are
working with do a wonderful job filling our order,
it is just that they themselves get inundated at times,
and sometimes overseas shipments are slow.
- Please make sure you order for your special holiday
projects early so that there will be no delays. The
supplier may become inundated with orders thereby
making it difficult to fill the order in time.
- If you are not pleased with the yarn, we are happy
to take it back and give you a refund (less the insurance,
shipping and handling costs). All we ask is that the
yarn be in a re-sellable condition. Just for your
info, yarns kept in a smokey or musty environment
retain that smell and can not be resold.
- If an order is defective we will return it for a
complete refund. We guarantee the quality of our yarn
before it leaves our store. We recommend the customer
purchase insurance with the return shipping. This ensures the
safety of th product in transit.
- Please write us any questions regarding the yarn
you may wish to purchase. We generally are able to
respond within 24 hours.
- When purchasing any yarn we recommend you purchase
a little extra (usually 1 ball/skein) than the pattern
requires to ensure that you do not run short. Dye-lots
will vary and if you-run short the next ball you purchase
may not be an exact match.
- If your yarn or other product is on back order,
we will not charge your Credit Card for those items until
we are ready to ship.
- Gift certificates are available. The minimum is
$25.00.
- We ship all orders USPS. We can ship UPS by request,
however prices may be different. There is an additional
charge for priority or overnight deliveries.
- If you wish to send us a paper check we will hold
shipping until the check clears which generally takes
a week. You may use money orders if you wish.
